What is your shipping policy?

What is your return policy?
      • We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
      • To start a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@spokenwordgifts.com. Spoken Word Gifts will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Do you offer gift wrapping?

      • Yes, most of our gifts have optional gift-wrapping services.
    Can I track my order?
        • Yes! Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once items are shipped. 
      What methods of payment do you accept?
        • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
      Do you ship internationally?
          • We currently ship to USA and Canada.
        Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
            • All of our products are printed on demand for each customer. In most cases, we will not be able to cancel or modify the order. However, if it has been less than 12 hours since you placed the order, please email support@spokenwordgifts.com or text 1-800-674-3290, and we will try our best to help you. We cannot guarantee, but we will certainly try. Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all. 
          What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
              • Please get in touch with customer service as soon as possible so we can assist you.
            Do you offer gift cards?
                • We do not offer gift cards at this time.
